- At Techtopia we're usually a price leader for Australian websites but we will offer to attempt to match any written quote from an Australian retailer, on the following brands and equipment that we stock. Brands: SNOM, Sangoma, Grandstream & Motorola. Equipment: pigtails, 2.4GHz and 5.8Gz antennas. Please submit the quote to us by fax and be sure to have it include shipping to your location.

- Yes, the shop prices at Techtopia are all listed inclusive of GST.
- How does pickup/shipping work?
- Techtopia's web-shop supplies live, accurate freight quotes at point of order;
- Pickup: for local Perth/WA customers.
- Aus Air Express: an aus-wide overnite express service from only $12. Cost-effective overnite freight on orders to around 5kg to both road addresses and PO Boxes.
- TNT Road express: for larger, less-urgent packages aus-wide.
- Australia Post's Express Post: typically only cost effective where order size is small, or an attended daytime address can't be guaranteed.
- Australia Post International Airmail: for international customers.
- What payment types does Techtopia accept?
- Upon checkout you will be invited to select your prefered payment type and provided with the relevant details.
- Local Customers: Cash on pickup, direct deposit, EFTPOS or VISA/MC @ 2%.
- Australian Customers: direct deposit or VISA/MC @ 2%.
- International Customers: MC/VISA via Paypal, and only to verified addresses.
